Zoning Plans and Permits
We specialize in Existing Resources and Site Analysis (ERSA) and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) plans and maintain a working relationship with the Philadelphia Water Department and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. Also, our staff has over 50 years of experience dealing with the Department of Licenses and Inspection (L&I).
Conceptual Site Plans and Subdivision Plans
When moving or revising property lines in Philadelphia, plans must be signed by a Professional Land Surveyor and approved by the local Survey District in order to proceed to zoning. Our President, Paul Lonie, worked for the Philadelphia Survey Bureau for over 35 years, retired as Surveyor Bureau Manager, and was honored by City Council. (Click to see Council Resolution).
